Outlook calendar not updating

When you send the meeting request by email, the invitees receive the request in their Inbox. When the invitees open the request, they can accept, tentatively accept, or decline your meeting by clicking a single button. If your request conflicts with an item on the invitees' Calendar, Outlook displays a notification. If you, as the meeting organizer, allow this, invitees can propose an alternative meeting time.If you don’t, the only way to update it will be to import another, more current snapshot.Tip: If you don't plan to use Google Calendar anymore but want to keep your events, you can import your Google Calendar to Outlook so all of your appointments are integrated into one Outlook calendar view.

Most of these involve routing calendar entries through another service, like Google Calendar or i Cloud.

Turn the "Calendar" option to the "On" position, and then wait a few minutes for all of your Outlook 365 calendar entries to be synced with the Calendar app on the i Phone.

When you sync the i Phone's Calendar with other calendars, past events are not uploaded to the i Phone if you have not specified that they should be.

Even though Outlook is the last in the chain, it is often the first level where the troubleshooting takes place as usually this is where the request is coming from.

And since this website’s main focus is on Outlook, it makes sense to start with Outlook as well ;-).
